Hoya Court Restaurant Openings Delayed Until October

Construction in Hoya Court will continue until mid-October, delaying the opening of new restaurants originally slated for late August.

To compensate for the delay in opening Elevation Burger, Salad Creations and a larger Subway, Auxiliary Services will introduce temporary dining alternatives in the Leavey Center, Chief Business Officer for University Services Deborah Morey and Interim Associate Vice President for Auxiliary Business Services wrote in a campus-wide email Tuesday.

Hoya Court will have an Einstein Bros. Bagels kiosk and an unspecified hot food station while its storefronts remain under construction. A temporary Subway will take the place of the Grab ‘n’ Go station, which will move across the hall. Food trucks will come to Lot G behind the New Research Building on the north side of campus during lunch.

Epicurean and Co. will again remain open 24 hours six days a week, closing from 10:30 p.m. Sunday to 6:30 a.m. Monday, after resuming more limited hours during the summer.
