Earth Share, The Anacostia Watershed Society and its partners invite you to help us Pickup Mother Earth at our 14th Annual Earth Day River Cleanup and Celebration on Saturday, April 26, 2008. River cleanups run between 8:30AM and 12:00PM at more than 30 sites throughout Maryland and District of Columbia (see our web site for information). Volunteers are needed! Free food and entertainment will be provided for all cleanup volunteers from 12:00PM to 2:00PM at AWS’s Earth Day Celebration located at Seafarers Yacht Club, 1950 M St. SE in the District of Columbia.
