Kennedy Dorm Room Burglarized

A student’s residence in Kennedy Hall was burglarized Tuesday night, according to the Department of Public Safety.

In a PSA sent to students just after midnight on Wednesday, DPS reported that the burglary was unforced and occurred some time between 6:30 and 8:30 p.m. Jewelry, clothing and currency were reported missing.

This is the 23rd burglary to be reported by DPS since Jan. 1.

Currently, there are no suspects in the burglary, according to the PSA. Both DPS and the Metropolitan Police Department responded to the scene and are investigating the incident.
