Thursday, April 30 Suspicious Person, Intercultural Center, 1:32 a.m. A person behaving in a suspicious manner was barred from campus after being identified by MPD.

Destruction of Property, Harbin Patio, 6:13 a.m. DPS investigated a report of graffiti that was observed in a stairwell. The graffiti consisted of a male face with sunglasses and long hair. No suspects or witnesses have been identified. An investigation is ongoing.

Destruction of Property, Village A, 5:27 p.m. A report was filed regarding graffiti observed on an exterior wall. No suspects or witnesses have been identified. An investigation is ongoing.

Friday, May 1 Disorderly Conduct, Lauinger Library, 7:47 p.m. A patron with rude and hostile behavior towards university staff members was escorted out of the library after entering the library with an invalid identification card. An investigation is ongoing.

Saturday, May 2 Mischievous Conduct, Gervase Roof, 1:03 a.m. A report was filed regarding two persons on the rooftop without authorization. Identification was made and they complied when instructed to leave the area.

Destruction of Property, Reiss Science Building, 3:23 p.m. DPS investigated the report of graffiti that was observed on the back of a call box. No suspects or witnesses have been identified. An investigation is ongoing.

Suspicious Activity, Village A, 3:39 p.m. Upon receiving a complaint of possible drug activity in the area, DPS investigated, checking the area with negative results.

Sunday, May 3 Theft, Village C West, 10:53 a.m. The complainant reported the theft of her laptop from an unsecured area. No suspects or witnesses have been identified. An investigation is ongoing.

Monday, May 4 Theft, Yates Field House, 4:02 p.m. The complainant reported the theft of a cell phone from his backpack. No suspects or witnesses have been identified. An investigation is ongoing.

Tuesday, May 5 Destruction of Property, Healy Hall, 10:49 p.m. A report was filed regarding graffiti observed in the area. No suspects or witnesses have been identified. An investigation is ongoing.

Missing Person-Found, 3600 Block of Reservoir Rd. NW, 12:57 p.m. The complainant filed a missing persons report regarding no contact since 05-01-09 from her roommate. The roommate was located on campus in good health. She had been completing a research paper.

Attempted Theft, Leavey Center, 6:47 p.m. The complainant saw an unidentified male walking out of her office area with her laptop. When she called out in objection to him, he handed the laptop to her and left in the direction of Reservoir Rd. The suspect did not say anything or make physical contact with her. An investigation is ongoing.

Theft, Yates Field House, 9:41 p.m. The complainant left his locker unsecured, where he had placed his laptop, and went to work out. When he returned, the laptop was gone. No suspects or witnesses have been identified. An investigation is ongoing.
