Theft, Epicurean and Company, 10:21 p.m.

The Department of Public Safety received a report regarding the theft of food. Two males were observed walking past the cash registers with food containers. They fled the scene on bicycles.

A non-affiliate was arrested after being observed physically assaulting another non-affiliate, who was also the suspect’s brother.

Officers made contact with the underage occupants of a room in the listed location who were found to be in possession of alcoholic beverages.
