The complainant reported the theft of a tapestry.

Thursday, Oct. 25

Property Damage, Darnall Hall, 2:07 a.m.

A glass door was reported broken. Two suspects were identified. One suspect required medical attention.

Theft, McDonough Gymnasium, 11:39 a.m.

The complainant reported the theft of a DVD player.

Friday, Oct. 26

Department Information, Off Campus, 2:45 a.m.

An unidentified male pointed what appeared to be a gun in the direction of the complainant. The suspect was identified, and the gun was identified as a pellet gun.

Saturday, Oct. 27

Suspicious Activity, New South, 5:25 a.m.

A report was made that someone had left some voodoo-type items in the area of New South. No suspect has been identified.

Theft, ICC, 12:42 p.m.

The complainant reported the theft of a cell phone.

Fire, Village A, 9:40 p.m.

The complainant reported that a non-food item had caught fire while on top of the stove. No injuries were reported, and the damage was limited to the non-food item.

Sexual Assault, Off Campus, 10:00 p.m.

The complainant reported being approached by a suspect. The suspect attempted to start a conversation with the complainant by asking questions of a sexual nature. The Metropolitan Police Department was notified.

Sunday, Oct. 28

Suspicious Activity, Village A, 3:09 a.m.

A report was made of someone attempting to gain entry through a window in the area of Village A. The suspect was not identified.

Theft, Harbin Hall, 9:31 p.m.

The complainant reported the theft of an Xbox.

Harassment, 36th Street, 11:29 p.m.

The complainant reported receiving a number of unwanted phone calls. The suspect also attempted to gain entry into the residence. The suspect has been identified.

Monday, Oct. 29

Theft, Harbin Hall, 8:00 p.m.

The complaint reported the theft of a laptop.

Suspicious Activity, 34th and O St., 9:11 p.m.

The complainant reported being followed by a suspect. Aside from the suspect getting too close to the complainant while trying to start a conversation, there was no physical contact between the complainant and the suspect.

Simple Assault, Off Campus, 9:21 p.m.

The complainant was pushed by a group of unknown individuals. The complainant did not require medical attention. MPD was also notified. See Story, A1.

Assault-Weapon, Off Campus, 9:29 p.m.

The complainant was approached by a group of unknown individuals. The complainant was hit in the head and sprayed with mace. The complainant was robbed of a bag and an iPod. MPD was notified, and the complainant required medical attention. See Story, A1.

Tuesday, Oct. 30

Theft, ICC, 12:46 p.m.

The complainant reported the theft of a book bag; the bag contained a laptop.
